Terms of Service Agreement:

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Slim Business Funding ("we," "us," "our") and governs your use of our merchant cash advance services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services We provide financing solutions to businesses through merchant cash advances. The merchant cash advance is not a loan, but rather an advance against your future receivables. We provide funding to businesses in exchange for a percentage of future credit and debit card sales. The specific terms of the merchant cash advance will be detailed in your agreement with us.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for our Services, you must be a business that accepts credit and debit card payments. We may require additional documentation or information to verify your eligibility.

3. Application Process To apply for a merchant cash advance, you will need to submit an application and provide us with certain documentation, including but not limited to bank statements and credit card processing statements. You must provide accurate and complete information in your application. We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion.

4. Fees and Charges The specific fees and charges associated with your merchant cash advance will be detailed in your agreement with us. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your merchant cash advance.

5. Repayment Repayment of the merchant cash advance will be through a percentage of your future credit and debit card sales. You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the daily or weekly repayment amount. You are responsible for ensuring that the repayment amount is available in your bank account on the scheduled repayment date. Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in additional fees and charges.

6. Default and Collection If you default on the merchant cash advance, we may take legal action to collect the outstanding amount. You agree to pay all costs and expenses associated with such collection efforts, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and court costs.

7. Confidentiality We will treat all information you provide us with in connection with the Services as confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to this Agreement We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to this Agreement. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Termination We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

11. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
